Letter, 1786 May 24.

Letter to Gerard Bancker, New York State Treasurer. Yates discusses some monetary manners in which the state owes him money. He also discusses the upcoming elections. He states "Mr. Yates has a majority of 300 votes for senator and the little general is not a little mortified." He also discusses the assembly election and states he believes John Livingston of Stilwater is to be elected from the Albany district. Written at Albany, N.Y.
